I noticed the new branding “Desi Dhamaka” at this restaurant and decided to give it a try by ordering the Vijayawada Biryani, which was clearly labeled boneless on the menu. What I received, however, was the exact opposite — the biryani was with sharp chicken bones, no different from what was being served at other tables. Could see a lot more complaints from many tables
The quality was equally disappointing. The chicken was tough and dry, completely ruining the dish. It was far from the flavorful, well-prepared biryani I had hoped for — and certainly not worth the appetite
When I raised the issue with the person at the cash counter, all I got was an offer for a replacement biryani. But when a restaurant can’t get a basic order right — especially when it’s falsely advertised — a free dish doesn’t fix the problem. I declined the offer.

This experience was a letdown . Between the misleading menu and the poor food quality, I won’t be coming back —
